We have been closely monitoring the development and spread of
COVID-19 (Corona Virus).
Protecting the health and safety of our staff is one of
our top priorities. In addition, continuing our mission to be a constant reliable insurance carrier to our business partners and customers
continues to be our primary focus.
In support of those efforts we began preparations weeks
ago to ensure that our staff would be able to work remotely. We’ve worked
diligently to ensure that the hardware and software needs were met. We
also worked to revise and refine our business procedures to ensure that our
business flow would experience minimal interruption.
Most of our staff began working remotely last week and
we’ve been very pleased with how smooth the transition has been.
Our website, portals, emails, and telephone lines remain
open and functional, and we continue to be dedicated to provide exceptional support
to our partners.
We are very much open for business and here to support
the needs of our customers.
